Seatbelt and airbag
All occupants must wear a seatbelt. The driver is responsible for passengers under 16 years old. The airbag supplements the seatbelt — it does not replace it. Without a seatbelt the airbag can cause fatal injuries. A rear-facing child seat must never be placed in front of an active front airbag. Children up to 1.35 metres must use an approved child seat.
