Parking

When parallel parking drive past the parking space, steer backwards at a 45° angle and straighten up parallel. Keep a minimum of 30 cm from the kerb. Right-angle parking: drive alongside the space then steer sharply into it. Always check you have space on both sides. You may not park in front of a driveway, at a bus stop (12 metres), at a zebra crossing, at an intersection or in a fire lane.
